Woman on death row could be freed to await retrial

An Arizona woman who has spent more than two decades on death row after being convicted of having her 4-year-old son killed for an insurance payout is expected to be released on Friday while she awaits a retrial of the case that made her one of the state's most reviled inmates.

Sounds about right with a dirty cop testilying. Nothing worse in justice system than a dirty cop, nothing, except maybe the judges and juries who know the cops are lying but take their word anyway. The Fuhrmans must be weeded out.
