Panel chosen to review judge over Obama email

The chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has appointed a special committee to investigate misconduct allegations against a federal judge who forwarded an email with a racist joke involving bestiality and President Barack Obama's mother.

Interesting that the judge setting up the review panel had himself been accused of having an inappropriate web site with sexual jokes.

When people complained about it he called for himself to be investigated. Must be a republician appointee does not sound like something the damn o crats would do .
