WTG judge Kay!
The judge can always announce he's just another filthy queer, and all the criticism will melt away.

More than likely before this case is appealed......Prop 8 will be gone and the Appeals Panel will toss the lower courts ruling........which is totally unbelievable seeing as this is 2012, NOT 1972!!!!

We will certainly be watching this appeal process:-)

How come queers need courts and judges and government bureaucracies to artificially deem queers as almost normal? To hear queers tell it, well over 100% of the American people are either queer or support the queer political agenda.
Your filthy crooked homofascist government can't change the opinion of a single citizen against his will, even at gunpoint.
Your queer dictatorship can strip away all of our rights, but you'll never change our minds.

So where's the so-called junk science? The article references it as being debunked and an article is included in the filing as being debunked, but there's no information concerning content. To be fair and impartial, all of this material should be included in the article. But lunatic liberals and homosexual predators are anything but fair and impartial...

Well, for starters......that's what the Courts are for, when people believe they have a right to deny rights to people they simply don't like!!!

Gays and Lesbians are just normal people......just as normal as you are.......we work, pay taxes, have bills, raise families......want to get married and be treated like any other UNITED STATES CITIZEN.......hell, we've even defended our Constitution just to make sure you are able to spout your hate and bigotry.......but then we aren't support to receive those same rights that we defend for you.......sorry, that's wrong and a violation of our Constitutional rights!!!

Nope, they're are LOTS of folks just like yourself......probably who had the same feelings about those Colored folks becoming so ippity wanting to be treated like "NORMAL" United States Citizens......how dare they? How dare us?

But queers haven't made their case to the voters.
The queer homofascist dictatorship will just ignore the voters and intends to use government coercion to impose its agenda upon an unwilling populace they are determined to enslave.

This is the politically incorrect truth. Homosexuality and pedophilia and endophilia are strongly correlated.

Homosexuality and pedophilia are associated with disease and starvation. The rest of the population is genetically predisposed to reject abnormal forms of sexuality. Even some homosexuals reject their own sexuality because its in the genes to do so.

One wonders why the respondent's attorney didn't present debunking data during the admissibility phase. Is there some legal strategic benefit to this case being heard by the 9th?

The last US Census established homosexuals couldn't possibly be more than 1.5% of the population and a realistic interpolation of the data would be 1%, or less.

And they shouldn't have to........unless I get to vote on your right to marry the person of your choosing......why should you be allowed to vote on my right to marry the person of my choosing?

Though I don't agree with the Marriage Equality Acts being voted on in Washington, Maine and Maryland.......these 3 states could be just what we need to break the lies that people like you obviously have believed in the past.......election is coming up......I'm sure many interesting things will occur!!!

Is that truly what the US Census established......or is the US Census still having issues with how it actually takes in the information? And are Gay and Lesbian households truly filling out the census correctly?

Again, the best the Census can do is roughly estimate our overall population........which is probably roughly the same today if not more than it was at the beginning of time......wouldn't you agree?

The reference is to the much discredited Mark Regnerus "study" that purports to show that children raised by same sex couples fare worse than children raised by hetero couples. It doesn't take a lot of looking to find information on that grossly flawed study.

Sure, the author of the article could have included all that information, but that would have unduly increased the length of the article, re-hashing information that most of us already know, and thereby detracting from the message she was trying to convey.

Would you prefer that all articles include complete background information on every item? I can guarantee that readership would plummet. If you are unfamiliar with the so-called study, it wouldn't take a lot of effort to find out a little bit about it... ever hear of Google?

A link to the so called study should have been provided. We all know how biased and deceptive liberal tend to be. How do we know the author herself isn't just another biased liberal or homosexual? That would tend to undermine her credibility on such matters.

Most readers are not familiar with the Regneras study - unless i imagine they're gay. Common sense however, makes it likely that the study is not junk science.
