With the 9th Circus... uh... Circuit at an 81% reversal rate on just the cases the SCOTUS takes--of which over 40% are from just the 9th--this comes as no surprise.

So the court says it's okay for jolly coppers to kick in your door without a warrant but they can't put a GPS tracker on your car..... What is the drug of choice at SCOTUS? They are obviously stoned, stupid or paid for.
