What has he said that is new or of any use? The dude is a waste of air. People are sick of his dog and pony show, he should move to SF and fight their sit-lay law. I'm sure he could cause quite the stir in the Haight. BJ could be her usual big help too, plus get more sub work than she's able to here.

Santa Cruz remains to be a blighted area that depends on RDA monies and other tax revenue to sustain.

Coonerty is a freeloading rural backwood twit who is so liberal fascist, it's clear the boy is a bigot and hates America and her children.

Coonerty has no sufficient business experience other than to wage anti trust practices and lobbies to tax the competition.

Frankly, Coonerty should be CRIMINALLY CHARGED, CONVICTED and FINED for all the extortionary and coercion practices his role as a political official domonstates against both the public and businesses alike.

Coonerty has the elderly, the disabled, the veteran take a number behind the illegal alien for public housing, city college enrollment, and the foodbank.

The Courts in Santa Cruz under judges like Volkemann and Almquist remain corrupt, and little recourse or remedy can be relied on to enforce the law.

Santa Cruz gets PLENTY of Redevelopment dollars which just squandered to support provincial surpemists that expect to profit off the detriment of the innocent.

Coonerty os a liberal who has liberal fascist tendencies of the Third Reich. It matters little really if his mothers Jewish; "Karl Adolf Eichmann" is a Jewish name!

It's a wonder why Southern California would be expected to pay taxes to sustain your "blighted area" - when all you can do is hate on homeless American citizens.

What good ARE you?

Norse is just the lead clown in the parade of urban blight he inflicts upon the city of Santa Cruz. His only talent is one of self-promotion. The facts show that every cause he promotes suffers as a result of his efforts. And the really sad part is that he doesn't care as long as he gets some attention.

He wore out his welcome here long ago. His pathetic ego keeps him going as he degenerates into a laughingstock and pariah to any cause he champions.

Well stated Buzz. You forgot the best part though; he doesn't even live here. It's just a convenient place for him to conduct political theater.

Thanks to ROBOBLOGGER for figuring out a way to provide a comment forum on Robert Norse's op-ed.

I see GAIL and the BEAST FROM THE EAST are already chomping at the bit to jump into a good, new-fashioned, virtual street brawl.

What on earth are you blithering about BJ? Khan has been dismissed as repetitive, dated, irrelevant and counter-productive.

From the article: "Becky Johnson was ruled as “unreasonably disturbing” by Santa Cruz County Superior Court."

Awhile ago, BECKY, I commented in two threads, on two websites, that you have a wonderful opportunity to make sure that information regarding homeless issues is gathered and reported correctly. So far you have not answered.

On Tuesday, January 25th, the 2011 Homeless Census And Survey will be conducted in Santa Cruz County. They desperately need volunteers to help make sure that the count is a accurate as possible. They need people to go into places like the Pogonip, under bridges, in parks, in the woods, and anywhere homeless people might be yet be missed in the counting. You, a champion of the homeless, would be a perfect match for this event.

I have provided you twice with the link so you can sign up. If you need it again, please let me know.

Now is your chance, BECKY. To put actions to your words. To DO SOMETHING rather than just comment afterwards. To make sure as many homeless as possible are documented. To make sure that the information gathered is ax accurate as possible.

Please help, BECKY. The lives of many depend on it.

Don't those you "advocate" for deserve it?

I will not be part of the homeless census this year, but one HUFF member is, and one Peace Camp 2010 camper is also volunteering. I support this census and survey. We are fortunate to live in a county where these census counts are taken seriously and conducted scientifically.

I will be devoting my time towards the court cases and finding justice in the legal system.
