I hope so.....it sure would save the trouble and money of going State by State!!!

I have to admit it would be nice to see the first constitutional ban overturned at the ballot, and Oregon is the most likely candidate for that to happen.

The upside of the 9th circuit is it gets us red states like Alaska, Montana, Idaho, and Arizona as well as the blue states of Oregon, Nevada, & Hawaii; though Hawaii is likely to be moot by then.

I guess there's always Colorado or even my own state of Michigan coming to the ballot in 2016.

When did "Coakley" become a State so that it could lead a coalition of States?
