And at the rate this case is going, maybe by June, 4732 AD, they'll decide this case.

Good effort. Problem is you don't need to convince the Obama administration. You need to convince Congress.

And since the Party of No kept their House majority and Mitch McConnell running the Senate's Republicans I think we're in for more obstructionist politics.

No. Not "promotional".
Factual.
Gays exist in history and here in California, they have a VERY notable history. Adding that small, yet important by many measures (certainly not all), history of LGBT people, is not promotional, it's merely stating the facts as they occurred in history.
Harvey Milk lived and was assasinated and had a huge impact upon California government, governance and politics, both in his present and in the future. You can't call that "promotional", it's simply fact and can't be denied.
As to your use of "recruit", that's just insane and bears no further discussion.

Ok? One guy? Not exactly noteworthy, because homosexuality is a behavior, not a human right.

You're making a darn good case for heterosexuality being a learning disorder. Homosexuality is an innate part of who we are as human beings, it doesn't go anywhere when we aren't engaging in behavior you associate with it. Our homosexuality, very much a human right. Any problem you have with that, not our problem.

IOW do they follow scripture?

Matt. 6: 14-15
14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Leviticus 19:18
Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

John 3:17
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

1 Peter 2:13-25 ESV
Be subject for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether it be to the emperor as supreme, or to governors as sent by him to punish those who do evil and to praise those who do good. For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people. Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor....

Romans 13:1-7 ESV
Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, for he is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer. Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God's wrath but also for the sake of conscience....

Romans 12:10 ESV
Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.

1 Peter 2:15 ESV
For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people.

Oh and one other question I think we need to ask on Facebook, Twitter, and every news website:

When did science identify the “sin gene”? The anti-gay folks claim there is no gay gene but insist there is a genetic propensity to sin.

Please explain.

And keep in mind what the Bible says in Galatians 3:28 and then ask yourself if maybe the founding fathers knew their Bible better than you and that's why they passed the 9th Amendment.

agreed.

Matt. 6: 14-15

Good luck with Matt. 25:31-46.
