Skywalk case goes before federal appellate court
A Las Vegas developer has been bounced between tribal and federal court in an effort to protect his financial interest in the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a popular glass bridge that extends from the canyon's edge on tribal land in western Arizona.

The skywalk is one of the biggest tourist trap rip offs I have seen. All kinds of fees, you can expect to pay over $100 for the visit. You go there for a view only to find that your are not allowed to take your camera out on the skywalk to take pictures. You have a choice of leaving your camera on the floor at the visitors center or for a fee they will give you a locker to put it in. You can go look then come back and buy pictures from them.
It is such a racket I hope they both loose.
