I don't understand why so many Republicans are so militantly anti-gay. It's really contrary to Republicans' fundamental principles.

In addition, the tide has turned in our favor, and they are on the losing side of history.

They would be much better off focusing strictly on economic issues and national security issues, which is where their tradition strength lies, and I believe that most Americnas are mor in tune with Republicans views on those issues, rather than teh Democrats.

Pursuing the so-called "culture-war" issues, is self-defeating.
