AZ, here's your next bill, tow any car of a unlicensed driver or any car that is uninsured. Place heavy fines on them and if they are not picked in 30 days, auction them off.

This will cause illegal aliens to leave your state in a big hurry. This has been proven to work in California.

Which is exactly why L.A. no longer tows cars driven by illegal aliens driving without a license. Of course if you are a citizen driving without a license this does not apply.

Yup, works fine in other states too but I wish Texas would do it. Not just in the sense of illegal aliens but legal residents and citizens.
It amazes me that police can pull someone over for something and find the person has no license but still let them drive off with the ticket or tickets. Car insurance is a law in texas yet you can drive off without it and a ticket. Same goes for registration and inspection. No license, insurance, inspection, or registration then the car is illegally on the road. Tow the car and let it be a financial lesson to the offender.
