ACLU asks court to void Arizona's law denying bail to illegal immigrants

An attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union asked a federal appeals court Tuesday to void an Arizona constitutional provision denying bail to some people awaiting trial who are in this country illegally.

Of course if you're American you would never be given a break in bail. The ACLU needs to butt out of Federal law and stop protecting non citizens. They were never intended to protect foreigners but blacks and American minority's. Pathetic as usual.
