Experts: California's same-sex marriage ban path to high court unclear

Conservative critics like to point out that the federal appeals court that just declared California's same-sex marriage ban to be unconstitutional has its decisions overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court more often than other judicial circuits, a record that could prove predictive if the high court agrees to review the gay marriage case on appeal.

Watch out folks, it's no longer a government for the people or by the people. It's now a GOVERNMENT AGAINST THE PEOPLE!

All the states that passed laws that favored gay marriage never asked the the voters if they agreed or not, the people's voice was never heard!

We can no longer tolerate the travesties committed by the ill serving politicians in this country. Raise this gay marriage issued to the Supreme Court of the United States and let the voice of the people be heard once and for all.
