There is no place in society for threatening federal judges with violence. Period. We are grateful that the jury saw these threats for what they were and rejected any notion that they were acceptable speech," Fitzgerald said in a statement.
The feds had to put him on trial THREE times to get a conviction.

Amerika is becoming a police state (a nation of Nazis).

When govt is able to create laws that prohibit us from threatening govt, it has then exceeded the boundaries of the Constitution.

I blame the Nazi newsmedia and police for brainwashing the public to believe the nation, the govt, should subordinate the people. Most Amerikanos now believe their govt is superior to them.

The 2nd amendment (clearly) prohibits govt from regulating guns, no exceptions.

Hal Turner :: Matthew Hale

Outlawing threats is a tactic for bureaucrats, politicians, or others with ties to the govt, to restrict (1st amendment) protected speech. It required the govt three attempts to finally convince Americans to surrender their right to speak out aganst govt and convict one of their own (Turner).

Making threats illegal becomes another tactic or option for govt to take away our privacy and freedom, and probably does not make people more safe.

I suppose too it's just another example of what happens after other important rights are trampled. If Judges were allowed their 2nd amendment right to carry a weapon 24/7 anywhere, then all of us would worry less about threats.

Carrying a gun does not guarantee total security. When a person becomes a target then that person should be armed ALONG with their friends and family members. An armed society (armed neighbors for example) can help protect Judges who are threatened by radicals or extremists or criminals.
