I'd bet on the #1 pick, Elena Kagan.

I haven't seen the list, but I'd bet they all have a handicap.....liberalism.

Lukcy for us that means Obama gets to put at least 2 more liberals on the court. Maybe 3 if that fat-bastard Scalia chokes on his next pizza.

How stupid are you?

Obama has already put 1 liberal justice on the court, he's about to put another (that's 2), then next year when Ginsberg retires he'll put a 3rd liberal on the court.

When Obama gets reelected, he'll have a good shot at replacing either Scalia (cross my fingers) or Kennedy. Either one would flip the court to a liberal majority for the next 30-40 years.

Is that clear enough for you?????

Just who is going to defeat him?

Latest poll shows Obama defeating every leading GOPasaur in a head-to-head matchup by 5-15%. Romney was the closest (lost by 5%), while Sarah-the-quitter-Palin lost by 15%.

But keep dreaming......

His approval rating is dropping so fast, Barney Frank's gerbal will be able to beat him by election time.
