The Supreme Court ruled Monday a group of African Americans did not wait too long to sue Chicago over a hiring test they challenged as discriminatory, freeing them to collect a lower court judgment.

Great! Now the city will be forced to hire unqualified firefighters to protect the citizens. If you want the job then get an education and pass the test. Why should qualified applicants who PASSED the test be denied these jobs in favor of obviously unqualified applicants? Affirmative action programs are ruining this country! Forcing unqualified job applicants is not doing society any favors. Like I said get an education, study and do the work necessary to qualify and pass the test. This whole situation is crap and I hope those who PASSED the test file their own discrimination lawsuit!
