Appeals Court Gives Quinn 30 More Days On Concealed Carry Legislation
The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday gave the state of Illinois an extra 30 days to lift its ban on concealed weapons.

The extension was expected. It is routine that the Courts grant them. The extension did say it would be the only one granted.
Lisa Madigan has the option of appealing to SCOTUS and may do so.
It is Chicago politics, expect delays.
