Federal court strikes down Michigan's Proposal 2

What would you do if you knew that Public Law 80-
772 Act of June 25,1948, Chapter 645,62 Stat.683,
the Statute that created the current Title 18 is
null and void,and that hundreds of thousands of
American citizens are crying out to the Justice system for relief to no avail! A petition was turned down by the US Supreme Court in 2008.
Why isn't the public aware of this very grave in-justice and crying out for justice for ALL?
