Try reading the 9th Amendment and the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. That's EXACTLY why they were written !

This makes 10 rulings by at least 11 judges that I'm aware of saying that DOMA is unconstitutional and still none to the contrary. Maybe someday, somebody besides us is going to get the hint.

So ten judges are homofascists and do not honor the Constitution they were sworn to uphold.

What's the point, Hick?

Courts have overwhelmingly rejected homosexual 'marriage' just as have voters. As you well know, homosexuals themselves have overwhelmingly rejected 'marriage' as an actual in EVERY country that allows it. Most homosexuals will wind up like you, Hick: alone, despised, and dissipated as they get older and older.

Please go back to posting your picture. It serves as a warning to young people considering a homosexual lifestyle.

Wickedness was never happiness.

Doma is unconstitutional marriage is the domain of the states. But still there is no compelling state reason for gay marriage.

All the compelling reasons for opposite sex marriages can apply to those of same sex couples as well, but the standard on which our right to marry is not whether a marriage serves a compelling state interest, but whether the restriction against it does so. WE have the right to marry, not the states, if the states want to restrict OUR right, they must have a compelling reason for doing so. No such compelling reason exists for prohibiting a same sex marriage.

I guess all of these Judges must be Gay or Lesbian, right? I mean that's what the anti-gay folks love to accuse them of being because NO STRAIGHT JUDGE would ever find something unconstitutional with regards to the rights of Gays and Lesbians!!!

So do homomarriage have children who grow up go pay your social secuirty when 50 years ago there where 16 people for paying for each person on social security. Because of lower birthrate and government inability to get spending under control strong reason to encourage marriage that produce chrildren but for samesex marriage there is no such benefit so there compelling. state reason for gay marriage because there is no society benefit for gay marriage so there is no reason for the state to encourage it

For someone professing to believe in reason and not God, reason is not something you are particularly skilled at. Yes dear, many same sex couples also become parents. So everything said in your post after the fifth word was a complete waste of breath. The standard on which our right to marry is supposed to be judged, is whether the RESTRICTION against it serves a compelling interest, NOT whether the marriage does, but even by your ass backward thinking, same sex marriages, just like those of opposite sex couples, can benefit society.
