Court: Ala can't check student immigration status

Part of Alabama's immigration law that ordered public schools to check the citizenship status of new students was ruled unconstitutional Monday by a federal appeals court that also said police in that state and Georgia can demand papers from criminal suspects they have detained.

When the state requires students to register just have a space for SS numbers and or place of birth of parents.

They would lie . They lie now. ICE needs to check this stuff . Thats how we got all these dreamers . Who is paying for their schooling !!!!!!!! The America tax payers !!!!!!! problem is they do noting about it!!!!!! deporting them would just be to smart . Why waste time in court . and then pay for them to be in a plush prison???
