Another wonderful example of delay, delay, delay, and more delay. In this case not only by the defense, but by the anti-death penalty judges of the 10th US CofA.
The defense waited until the last few days to file another appeal with a Federal District Judge that was a rehashing of previous issues that had gone against them. Then the 10th refused to #1 abide by the current laws on repeated appeals and #2 delayed the decision until it was too late to file an appeal with the USSC to carry out the execution on the current warrant.
