As Mirena is becoming popular to women, so are its lawsuits. Bayer Pharmaceuticals has received a warning by the FDA for its over-marketing without stating the potential side effects, misleading doctors and women. If you want to know more about Mirena and its side effects, you may key-in "Mirena lawsuit" in Google or refer at mirenalawsuit.us for more related information.

To this point, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has obtained over 45,000 negative reports of women experiencing complications caused by Mirena. Court data illustrates an increasing number of Mirena lawsuits filed against Bayer in various states including New Jersey, where the company is headquartered. See http://www.mirena-iud.net for more information.

All contraceptives come with side effects and Mirena has more than its fair share of them. There have been numerous reports of Mirena causing permanent discomfort or injury for people which have resulted in the lawsuits that have been filed in recent years. These complications include uterine or ovarian cysts, prolonged and excessive vaginal bleeding, and even painful cramping. You may check http://www.mirenaiudlawsuit.net for information.

I think I have also read at the NuvaRing Lawsuit Information Center that several women are also having problems with the vaginal rings that are similar to that of IUDs. I'm not really sure if I would get either of the two.

The government prosecutors are conducting an investigation as well regarding how these birth controls, such as IUDs, were marketed. These birth control devices have damaging effects to its users based on media reports. Moreover, lawsuits have been filed against some of the manufacturers of these hip prostheses. If you want to know more about bone health and related injuries, there are articles that I bumped into at http://www.basearticles.com/Author/159306/Sta... that may be of great help to you.

Lawsuits have been filed against Bayer due to the company's because of producing a defective product and failure to reveal its potentially dangerous side effects. Specifically, Mirena’s label failed to warn doctors and consumers about these serious complications and described them as uncommon when a number of women have suffered from these adverse events. Plaintiffs who already filed lawsuits are also suing for punitive damages, claiming Bayer knowingly and willfully harmed them.
