Cuba's FREE health care was the best in Latin America and better than most of Europe but AFTER Castro took over he destoyed it.

He destroyed it all, not only the health care.

However the point that socialized health care does not work was shown NOT to be true BEFORE Fidel because even under fascist Batista it was still socialized health care and the best.

Thgere was private medicine right along it, as we do with medic aid in the US!
