St. Cloud / Nurse drug theft, infections probed

St. Cloud Hospital has suspended a nurse pending an investigation into whether the nurse inadvertently introduced unusual bacterial infections into more than 20 patients while stealing pain medication from IV bags for personal use, the hospital said Wednesday.

St. Cloud hospital notified the MDH, criminal investigators and the Minnesota Board of Nursing regarding the allegations surrounding this Nurse! ST. Cloud Hospital followed reporting protocal and was interested in protecting the public and their patients!

ANW was more interested in orchestrating a 'covering- up' when a Nurse was accused of diverting Fentanyl. ANW did not fulfill any required reporting until the patient invovled filed a criminal complaint!
