Lawsuits filed against Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Mirena’s manufacturer, claim that the company is guilty of failure to warn the public that the device is prone to spontaneous migration and perforation of the uterus. A number of women claim that the drug manufacturer knew of the dangerous risks and released a defective product. You may also refer at http://www.mirenalawsuit.us/ for more information.

This is actually a good news amidst the court figures demonstrating that an escalating number of Mirena lawsuits is being pursued against Bayer in some states including New Jersey, where the company is headquartered. For patients being affected by Mirena, medical attention should be sought immediately. The website http://www.mirenaiudlawsuit.net discusses more about Mirena IUD and its side effects.

There have been several news about the negative effects of mirena but there were also new studies that point to the dangers of using vaginal rings. There are some information that I have found at http://www.nuvaring-lawsuit.com while searching the net.

Bayer has been facing a growing number of lawsuits. They are alleged for selling defective and potentially harmful product (IUD) and for concealing its risks from the public. Manufacturers should conduct more clinical studies of their product before releasing it to the public. If you want to learn more about Mirena, please refer at http://www.mirenaiudlawsuit.us/
