I have read the same health situation on http://www.hiprecalllaw.com . Recipients of the DePuy ASR hip are also experiencing complications brought by a defective hip device. Legal actions were taken and patients are waiting for compensations.

Know that several cases have been sprouting regarding these defective products such as the DePuy hip replacement of Johnson and Johnson. Also, know that hip pain can have many causes. The hip joint is a complex joint with a number of supporting tendons, ligaments and muscles. A weakness in any of the supporting structures can cause pain. One of the more recent hip implants to be recalled is the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG components of their hip implants. The Stryker hip recall was issued in July 2012, after the company received reports of serious side effects like fretting and corrosion of the hip parts, which may lead to inflammation, pain and metallosis in patients. Metallosis is a serious condition in which toxic metal ions release into the surrounding bloodstream, and may lead to hip replacement surgery.

Patients who suffered from Stryker hip side effects are filing Stryker lawsuits to seek compensation for their injuries. Learn more about the Stryker hip implant problems and other hip replacement devices by visiting the information center, http://www.stryker-hip-recall-info.com/ . If you’d like to speak to a Stryker lawyer to learn more about legal rights, call 877-779-1414.

The doctors as well as the patients should make sure that the medical device to be used is safe unlike the defective DePuy Hip Replacement device of Johnson&Johnson. It has already affected a number of patients. Seek medical advice for more information or you may visit http://www.depuysettlements.com .
