Ten years sought for Lincoln vote-fraud assault
Prosecutors have asked a judge to impose a decade-long prison term on a man convicted earlier this year of assaulting federal agents who were questioning him in relation to a Lincoln County voting fraud scheme.

Maybe the judge should ask the prosecutors if they ever made a mistake.

How do you mistakenly threaten an FBI agent? or did the person have something to hide?

because they were in plain clothes and didn't I'd themselves as agents. Also the gun was broken and wouldn't even fire, he had there to take apart to flex it.

Natalie Tennant must be absolutely orgasmic now that the "real" election fraud offender has received a sentence of eight years. Amazing that he would not have even been interviewed had the pure innocents (Bowman, Ramey, and the Clerk) had not engaged in a fraud scheme. There is something extremely disturbing that justice is so upside down that he recieved eight time the sentence of the jerk that hatched the scheme.

This is BS. If someone came onto my property without properly identifying themselves, then I'd pull a gun too. And can't you make even a government official leave your property, unless they have a warrant? Curious...
