In the last few years, violent crime has been moving into neighborhoods and areas that never had a problem before.
There has been much decline in Columbus in the last few years, hopefully this is because of failed national economic policies and can be reversed with a change in our government and a new direction, people can get back to work and feel good about their futures again.

All the good people are moving to Harris County or out in Alabama. In 20 years North Columbus will be just like South Columbus is now.

Mike is right. And the terrible sketch music scene crowd is preventing decent new comers from moving here. People see that playgrounds magazine in businesses and take one look and want no part of a town who thinks the contents of those pages is wholesome. The music scene and playgrounds is giving Columbus a bad image. Its Yuck.

I live in HC too, we don't have near the urban problems Columbus has.
The county pretty much banned outdoor live music because of the loudness of the people playing at the Ossahatchee Oyster bar.
Least we don't have some old fart running around posting everywhere like he's cutting edge, LOL.
But.....if you are going to hear live music in HC it's going to be pretty much unplugged in its outside.

Heh... y'all keep that lid tight on things, now, y'heah?

mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time,

burn, like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across
the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and
everybody goes "Awww!" -Jack Kerouac

Danger seems to be at a low level here the past few months... crime has obviously slacked off in Columbus.
