Now if this were a taxpayer-financed project being pushed by politicians, it would be called a "$400+ million boost to the state economy", "creating jobs", etc.
If they were coming to me for permission, I'd have two questions: Where do I sign and when can you start.

Well, why is this a story, man made global warming has been debunked over and over, just get out of the way and let a private company hire workers and make money..
