NY will make health call on gas drilling in weeks
New York's health commissioner said Monday he never intended to wait for completion of any of the pending gas drilling studies, which could take years, and instead plans a recommendation to the governor "in weeks" on whether the state should approve hydraulic fracturing.

This is great news- the health commisioner has consulted the EPA - that has stated all along that drilling is safe ( scientific evidence shoes this- and IF the EPA stated that it wasn't safe, they would have to shut it down all over the country AND there would be NO energy for anyone!! Brilliant - the science has spoken!!
