And don't forget the guilt. Good point.
Yes we humans are stronger than nature?
YOU have created an entire generation of kids that are afraid of a clear blue sky because they now think there is an invisible demon that is going to kill their grand kids. YOU have created an entire generation who have in their minds now the option of suicide because YOU tell them that our earth is melting.
Unlike YOU, I’m a responsible environmentalist who wants to preserve, not rescue the planet from a non-existent crisis.
Shame on you.

There is a difference than agreeing and calling someone stupid.I didn't start this but I ain't going to put up with some asshole in my shit for what I said. This issue is about science and a govt that has ruined the scientific world by shutting them up.For over 40 years they were told to shut up and today MILLIONS of people are sick and dying when it could of and should of been prevented. The only difference is that you ain't one of those millions sick and dying, too bad,but I am.

So, how exactly does global warming make you sick and dying?
I agree the government is keeping the truth from coming out, the truth is, that global warming is not significantly impacted by the actions of man.

My concern is the poisoning of millions of human beings from asbestos. We are all waking up to the truth and reality that for over 40 years,we the people have been poisoned knowingly. This asbestos has a latency period and that period is right now.Being from Libby Mt and finding out in 1999 why we are sick and dying,I have been outspoken not only to tell people to stay away from Libby Mt as Libby is not a safe place to anything that breathes but I also try to educate people to the truth. So that they can make the right decisions for the sake of their children.EPA since 1999 have been selling Libby as safe. This is a deadly lie.All I do is save people from what is killing me.And look at the shit I get from these assholes who haven't a clue to what asbestos is let along what it does.It kills you and it is not a very nice way to die if you like to suffocate over a period of time till you die.No one deserves this way of life till death,no one but it continues today and this Govt is not saving anyone by the lies they are tell people. Why aren't they telling people/families not to move to Libby Mt.The killings ain't stopped and for 9 years now,I shall continue to warm, inform and protect people/you from something that kills you...and your entire family. Now,would you move to Libby Mt???? your welcome.pass this on

"The Marshall Institute is pleased to release its latest book, Shattered Consensus: The True State of Global Warming. This volume consists of ten essays on global warming, covering the earth’s temperature history and disparities between what has been predicted about climate change and what has actually been observed. The chapters highlight substantial anomalies and new information not generally discussed in mainstream reports about climate science. For example, the oft-quoted statement that recent years are the warmest of the last millennium is now in serious doubt. Temperature changes observed through the atmosphere (not just at the surface) are clearly different than what has been projected to occur. And disparities between observed precipitation and the simulations of computer models can be off by several hundred percent.

Shattered Consensus should be required reading for any serious student of climate change. Edited and introduced by climatologist Patrick J. Michaels, Shattered Consensus demonstrates the remarkable disparities between so-called "consensus documents" on global warming, such as the reports of the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and climate reality.

Shattered Consensus will also shatter commonly held opinions about global warming and leave the reader with serious doubts about whether policies to "fight" climate change are warranted at all.

Contributors:

Sallie L. Baliunas, Robert C. Balling Jr., Randall S. Cerveny, John Christy, Robert E. Davis, Oliver W. Frauenfeld, Ross McKitrick, Patrick J. Michaels, Eric S. Posmentier, Willie Soon.

"The beauty of science is that truth is determined by observation and not by consensus. The seemly endless press releases, commentary and resolutions claiming a consensus for the anthropogenic climate change hypothesis is scientifically meaningless. The consensus claims, however, must be answered. This book, Shattered Consensus, presents the scientific facts underlying many of the "consensus" claims in a series of chapters answers some of those claims. The Chapter by McKitrick on the false claims of the "Hockey Stick" will be a classic -- comparable to Irving Langmuir’s 1953 talk on Pathological Science." -- David Douglass, Professor of Physics, University of Rochester"

A brilliant solution! Mass joblessness as a solution to Canadian global warming.
Of course, all the displaced industrial workers could go to work in the Canadian national healthcare system and reduce the waiting lines for major medical procedures.(I understand that the Canadian health service excels at A.) telling people who are sick that they, in fact, ARE sick, and B.) giving them an aspirin and telling them to make an appointment to get some real treatment, someday.)
The Respected Doofinator
how did we go from the us government silencing scientists to the canadian health care system.
The canadian health care system is doing very fine ty. many doctors who went to usa are moving back. In canada the government pays the bill and the doctors do not have to bill the patient and not get paid for the procedure. In Canada all people have health care and a private company in canada does not decide who gets insurance and who doesn't. Private us companies decides who lives and who dies

The funny thing is that when those canadian doctors went home they left many of the southern canadian patients still sitting in northern US doctor's offices.

The number one problem with a national health care system is money. No matter what safe guards they put into place the system either grows and consumes a amazing large portion of the GNP or has a harder time attracting the professionals that it needs to provide the quality care. As you pointed out that Canadian doctors are now returning to canada says more about what they think the US health care system is about to become than any good about what canada has.
