Miami-Dade proposes spending $1.5 billion over 15 years to cure sewer system woes

Going by Miami's history ,Cuban politicians = It will be done incorrectly as the over-sight here is banana republic deplorable , run over budget and much of the money will wind up "missing".

This is one of MANY examples which comes to mind.
