This administration was awarded this 365,000 EPA grant to clean up the bio hazards on the Waterfront area where Abe or his brothers dumped toxic waste for years and years? Fk you Abe and whoever you think you are.

George Hanna owned that property when this dumping you say went on, isn't that capt Joe Hanna's father? So with that being fact who really is responsible for the cleanup and city officials have allowed this criminal act for years and years!

Claiming ignorance is no excuse for incompatence and all involved should be charged, don't you live right by there?

EPA RLF Grants are great for brownfield site cleanup.
However, people should understand these are loans that must be repaid to EPA. The total loan amount of $930,000 is not a significant amount but it is debt to the taxpayers of Allentown.
When the loans are repaid to EPA the funds are returned into the RLF fund and re-lent to other borrowers.
RLF stands for Revolving Loan Funds.
Just some additional info.

Why is abe and all his brothers blamed for the defishincies in allentowns officials problems. If people would be doing there jobs instead of just punching a clock waiting for retirement the city would not be in this caos of the king?
