Because a bunch of ex felons walk up and repeat the name paul mancuso over and over because they were given ammunity everyone is up in arms about the MOB? how much sense does that make? if Paul mancuso really did order mazza and "MIKE" to beat someone up where is the police report, how come Hurt isnt taking the stand himself... there seem to be holes in this story that people need to see through this biased court hearing is nothing but bull and the people testifying the prosecution all know that the mancusos are innocent its the people that physically dumped the asbestos that should be punished not given ammunity

I thought subcontractors have the full and complete obligation and responsibility for the duties they perform, that's why you hire them right? It should be based accountability of every one's own actions.

I find it amusing that the Judge and the Jury are here on topix convicting the accused.

As I understand the law, It's Innocent until proven guilty.

Well,, It sounds to me like he made a plea deal, so if the case was so strong, they why did the prosecution give Mancuso a plea?? Still sounds like a weak case to me.

Laughing, well - don't you sound like a rocket scientist. Well, then why do we have lawyers, Judges, and Juries ? I guess in your eyes, no one has ever been falsely accused of any crime. What planet do you hail from osucnam ?
P.S. Lets hope no one ever falsely accuses you or a family member of a crime.

If you knew anything, they offered Paul approximately 5 years and Lester and Stevie would walk. Lets see, looking at 55 years and a butt load of witnesses testifying against you or do 5 years and they let your father and brother go scott free and you get to keep all the money you have hidden. It's going to be hard spending all that money when you get out of jail after all those years. I hope Joette has the combination of that safe on Pond Lane.

Get the facts straight it was 3 years and the other two could walk. Why would an innocent man do any time for other peoples time. THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT

There are people who have been wrongly accused, falsely confessed. Look at Steve Barns...He faught it all the way didn't he!! You never know the circumstances of what was said in a closed rooms , if lawyers were present at all times & if your facing someone with unlimited resources & if they we told we have a unlimited list of people to testify. Each case if different. I have no idea about this case but ...Never say Never because it's not always black & white.
