This is a bunch of crap, The sugar plant shouldn't have to pay fines for equipment that was put up years ago without knowing the emssion that come out of it. EPA shuold mind their own business and go bug all these other companys who are worse than ours and do something about these new busness going up, not bug us, one who has been here for years and one that provides such a great product. People can't live without sugar! It makes me so mad to hear about people suing the sugar plant because of the smell...the plant was here first, y'all moved in after the plant was there, should have knew that there would be smell...either don't move around it or sell your place..stop bothering the sugar plant with your stupid complats. Its because those people and the EPS just want money, don't they realise that us poor farmers are the one they are hurting in the end...thanks alot!
