I don't know what's more embarrassing - that Scalia can't get his facts right, or that Thomas blindly agreed with him without even fact checking himself. Clarence Thomas is a waste of oxygen.

According to his medical records Scalia suffers from dementia and no one has the heart to bring it up in public

Scalia was not wrong whatsoever proving that EPA is used to destroy the American energy industry by regulations that double and triple the cost of making anything in US compared to products made in any other country. Scalia was right to prove the destructive nature of the EPA henchmen that are used together with the IRS henchmen to oppress the American people and destroy their small businesses by regulating them to death and making them a losing business.

this thread is about Scalia and his dissent, not obama. Why would we air our grievance with obama's lies here? That makes zero sense. Get a clue fool

Yeah, well the left-wing lapdogs known as the MSM are biased against conservatives and Scalia is one.Thats the reason his opinion is criticized. They would never scrutinize a liberal whose opinion they agreed with.

Do you know how to confront an issue without deflecting? Antonin is an egomaniacal martinet, something he has proven time after time.He has no business being on the Supreme Court, or any court. He is closed-minded, with a pre-planned agenda. Yes-man Uncle Clarence comes from the shallow end of the gene pool.

Let me give it back to you as I see it:

Scalia will quietly correct errors, just as errors from other Justices are corrected quietly. However, the mediocrity of the females on that Court will never be corrected. Generations will suffer for their errors. Their errors, including the promotion of child sex, homosexual deviance, drug addiction and continuing to slaughter babies in the womb, will not be corrected because they actually believe the inhuman nonsense they spout.

Brilliant people like Scalia always have an occasional brain fart. Liberal scum never acknowledge their own, but try to make hay, when an opponent does.

LOL, Hilarious. Scalia can't put two sentences together without contradicting himself, and you call him brilliant? You can't get better than that. LOL

It is high time that Justice Antonin Scalia retire
"It's not often that a Supreme Court justice makes a factual blunder in a formal opinion.

Legal experts say Justice Antonin Scalia erred in his dissent in the 6-2 decision Tuesday to uphold the Environmental Protection Agency's authority to regulate coal pollution that moves across state lines. The Reagan-appointed jurist argued that the majority's decision was inconsistent with a unanimous 2001 ruling which he mistakenly said shot down EPA efforts to consider costs when setting regulations.

"This is not the first time EPA has sought to convert the Clean Air Act into a mandate for cost-effective regulation. Whitman v. American Trucking Assns., Inc., 531 U. S. 457 (2001), confronted EPA's contention that it could consider costs in setting [National Ambient Air Quality Standards]," Scalia wrote in his dissent, which was joined by Justice Clarence Thomas."
