What's in your carpet?
Ever think about what cleaners are being brought into your home? Optical Brighteners, dyes, synthetic fragrances, petrochemical solvents, carcinogens, and "VOCS" are common in many carpet cleaning chemicals. Often, the chemicals used are slow to biodegrade, accumulate over time, react with new chemistry, or biodegrade to more harmful compounds. In a household environment, children, pets, and home occupants crawl, lie, live near, touch, and breathe the leftover residues and fumes. Office and institutional environments require larger quantities due to the traffic flow, placing the health of workers and occupants at risk. Some cleaning companies purchase large volumes of raw crude chemicals at discount prices, these toxic chemicals cut through a lot of different types of stains and traffic areas...but they could also peel the paint off your wall!
DMS Carpet Cleaning offers natural/organic cleaning products. These non-toxic cleaners are top notch and have exceeded our expectations ,so much so, that we use them even on the dirtiest commercial carpet cleaning jobs! Some of these plant based enzymes work just as effectively-and in some instances better - as their toxic counterparts! Who said it's not easy being green? Some of the cleaners we use even surpass "green" cleaning standards and, unlike are competitors, we offer these safe cleaning solutions for no additional cost.

This is absolutely correct. We really need to pay attention to the chemicals we release into the air of our home or business. Whether you have carpet, hardwood, or natural stone floor. The great thing about stone flooring, is that you can polish marble, concrete, or others with no hazardous chemicals using a grinding process. It's great, however, that there are green cleaning products out there when the need arises. Thanks for the information!

A top tip for cleaning your oven without the use of chemicals...mix together baking soda and water to create a paste then rub this all over the inside of the oven and leave to soak, then use a sponge to clean off.
