Three years ago, Carbon Motors chose one corner of a shuttered Visteon plant in Connersville, Indiana as the location to build its diesel-powered E7 dedicated police cruiser.

Well , they got taken don't think there ever was a plan to build those cars there, on paper it sounded good but can't see it ever being a viable business plan.
