"Climate change is every bit as big a risk to our economy as it is to the environment,” says Paulson" and more importantly, our health and welfare.

AGW and climate change is an issue of OUR welfare in the future. Ignore it and you WILL lose.

Good to know that they are cutting down on ALL GHGs, not just CO2. Not sure why SF6 is necessary. Aren't there alternatives with lower GWP?
