I just cant' wait to see the day the moderates chuck you overboard. The only thing that would be better than the GOP expelling it's radicals, would be , the radicals wins and the party continues its right ward lean.
what are you going to do when you find you don't have a party.
KMA dude
The R's are almost all moderates. If not we would not have $16 trillion of debt.

Those who want the govt to abide by the Constitution are not radicals. That is what most people who identify themselves as conservative want.

Nobody wants anywhere near your nasty A DUDE.

I find comfort in the fact that you aren't interested in my anatomy
A radical can be defined as those who are out side of the mainsteam
The GOP after 2008 assisted and benefited from cultivating and adopting the tea partists
In terms of party affiliation they have been losing ground ever since W.'s second term

It would appear you think being "being mainstream" is more important than than our govt abiding by our Constitution?

Do you have children or grandchildren? If so does it bother you that each one is already in debt to the tune of somewhere over $70,000?

It would appear that you beieve that the most positive influence the tea party can have on the outcome of the political process is to see to it that the GOP lose as many elections as possible.

Sorry , you misinterpreted my post. The most positive thing the tea party can do is influence our govt to return to the limits set for it by the Constitution.

Yours seems to be keep voting for those who got us in this mess.

Part of the reason the GOP is having problems - Obama won with the TV stations.

HE SHOULD BE FIRED BY CBS

CBS News director: Obama must 'destroy the GOP'
'If he wants to transform American politics, he must go for the throat'
Published: 01/19/2013 at 6:04 PM (Newsbusters)“The president who came into office speaking in lofty terms about bipartisanship and cooperation can only cement his legacy if he destroys the GOP. If he wants to transform American politics, he must go for the throat.”

So astonishingly wrote CBS News political director John Dickerson at Slate Friday evening in a piece astonishingly titled “Go for the Throat! Why if he wants to transform American politics, Obama must declare war on the Republican Party.”

Dickerson is no longer interested in Obama trying bipartisanship in his second term – as if that’s what the President did in his first.

By only replying to the more sarcastic potion of my reply i do feel that you may have somewhat failed to grasp the entire picture. There are valid reasons for pragmatism.
To answer your last post
The best part of American Democracy is the fact that you do not have to win elections in or to influence the trajectory. We would find agreement on a few things.
While I believe that the 2nd is more than amply defended.
But everything there is to know about you is some where on the internet.
Thus we are giving up our 4th and 5th silently.
At heart i'm an unrealistic optimist, who has hoped that pragmatism can be allied with principle.
Economically i hope that we can avoid both the Ayn Rand dystopia as well as the Euro version

I love the fact that they are in so much pain and misery over the re-election of President Obama. They will say anything to find some relief; but for the next 12 years, they will be no relief coming…(Hillary will follow Obama into the White House in 4 years… that equals 12, LOL).

Patriotism: love for or devotion to one's country.

Your love and devotion, obviously, is to Obama, not America.

You haven't a clue as to what is, or isn't, patriotism, right or left.

If you support the determination of the GOP to undo 202 election by way of congressional obstruction.
The attempt to put the budget into an all cuts austerity mode, that will provoke a new recession
Then you are in favor of the destruction of the nation.

Why do you hate America?
