The House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers said on Friday negotiations with the White House on a new cybersecurity bill have resumed, and the two sides are not "that far apart" after making progress this week.

POTUS was offered the chance to make the cuts he thought preferable to the across the board cuts put forth in the Sequester Bill HE signed into law in '11.

Tragicly, his agenda demanded that the cuts do as much damage as possible so he could fly around the Country living like a Russian Czar screaming about other not doing THEIR jobs.
