Actually after being involved in several cases similar I know for a FACT you would just have a broken nose and hoping you were not charged with assault and sued for damage to my property. You really really need a new lawyer, the barracuda you have is letting you down. I have NEVER settled out of court.

You have NEVER settled out of court. What are you, 27 years old. You haven't been practicing very long. The judge always try's to get people to settle it between themselves. Free's up a lot of court time.

Oh I've done much much worse than broke a nose. Before you ask, yes my nose has been broken before too. As for my age let's just say I have many many more years behind me than in front. You tore my coat, I broke your nose, that is settling out of court. However if you want to go to court then we shall but don't expect not to earn anything you get. I will not hand it to you on a silver platter, just the same as not allowing you to rip my coat. Expect a fight.
