The problem is a corrupt greedy medical system. Peoples help now are being determined by for profit insurance companies and not doctors. Many many medical providers are corrupt and greedy.

Besides third party reimbursements(easy money) Americans are way over medicated and over doctored. The medical care industry thinks they can control your outcome like a scientific experiment. There is no one glove fits if for no other reason people/patients behave differently.

The medical care industry does not look at cause and effect only a set of symptoms to be treated.'If you have these numbers or these symptoms this is what we'll do.' The industry want cookies cutter treatment, why for productivity and/or more money. That's why there is cya medicine as well, to preserve their money.

Medical industry personel like most American employees are lazy. They want to get through the day with no hassles, questions or doubt. Blissfull ignorance. You pesky details you. Conscience

For many in the industry it is a clock punching job. It's not about helping someone or actually improving one's health and quality of life.

But the inattention and lack of emphasis on what, why and how much is the exact same reason there are problems with the cost of medical care let alone the quality & direction of care.

It has to do with everyone's fear of death. People who have lost their minds are dead people. They no longer exist in terms of their personality and their minds. Their brains simply gave out before their bodies did. We go to Medicaid and ask the government to give us $100K a year to put them into homes to keep them alive until their bodies give out. If we were not terrified of death, we would put them to sleep once their minds are gone. It costs us a bizzillion dollars to keep people alive who have no brain left, who don't recognize their family members, who have no memory, and who are a danger to themselves and to others. It's all driven by fear of death. People are so afraid to die that they would rather keep people alive who are brain dead than to let them go, but, ask their family members to pay for it, then they wouldn't do it. They do it on the govenment's dime. I'm sorry, but how much caring and love and help do you think a minimum wage worker is really going to give to a violent, brain dead person who is a stranger to them?? Seriously??
