Over the weekend, Chicago installed its first two-way bike route with dedicated traffic signals, in an effort to attract high-tech companies and startups to the city.

so the city with the highest taxes, highest death rate for kids shot and killed, run down city schools, empty neighborhoods, burned out homes boarded up store front, corupt cop who can't or won't end drug dealing gang violance, unions with a strangle hold on everything is going to attract business to Chicago??
