If Hillary runs, Cuomo has to wait till 2024 when he would be 66. That may mean 2016 is his only shot at the White House.

If Hillary opts out, Cuomo will likely be the nominee for 2016.

The Clintons never let anything as menial as the law or ethics get in the way of what is in their best interests. I do not see that happening now. As far as Cuomo goes, We here in the empire state
are not surprised that we now oficially have an emperor! I wonder if his body guards are limited to 7 shots in their weapons. I am extremely dissapointed in the NY senate that they caved so easily on the new gun laws that make as much sense as banning 32 ounce sodas but selling beer by the quart.
