Liberals, lie even when they don't have to........

FactCheck.org called out Senator Harry Reid for being doubly wrong in his claim that Congress has already cut $2.6 trillion from projected future deficits by reducing non-defense programs alone.

The site explained that not only did the legislation he referred to applied to both security and non-security spending, but that a considerable part of the deficit reduction came from tax increases and not spending cuts.

The worst part? The senator made the same erroneous statement twice. Reid made the affirmations on ABC's "This Week" on Feb. 3rd, were he also added that further deficit reduction should include more tax increases and cuts in military spending.

No one is surprised. We should lay off Menendez. If he is all NJ Democrats believe their families deserve than he is plenty good enough to push Obamas game changing agenda.

Menendez is always there for his friends.

Unless they happen to live in NJ.

He expects his constituents to pay that $8.9 billion.

Twenty years ago, men or women like this would have been forced to resign. This shows how far the American's have turned their head from reality.

No the wouldn't have: and the further back you go, the less likely it would have been reported at all.

To be fair, Senator Menendez said he didn't sleep with underage hookers.

He NEVER said he wasn't using his Office to stop the investigation and the prosecution of the $11 million in Medicaid Fraud case against his major Donor.
