No. The Gilo Forest is is Israel which is in Asia.

I'm in Arizona which is in the United States Of America.

It's all desert here in the part of southern Arizona where I am, although with the necessary irrigation in place here, they grow a lot of cotton here.

I'm at 32.96281° N, 111.53124° W or 32° 57' 46" N, 111° 31' 52" W

Here's a 2 minute video of my house:

I really like the southwestern style of house, but I hate that they're all alike.

Anyway, my bad. I meant to type Gila, and I was thinking of the Gila River Reservation, not the forest, which is in New Mexico.

It's really a beautiful house in a beatuful neighborhhod in Coolidge. I looked at several here, and several in nearby towns and this was by far in the best condition.

There are a few large fields around me because they were supposed to build more houses around here, but when the bottom dropped out of the housing market a few years ago, everything stopped and the developments weren't completed.

I've never seen so many houses for rent and for sale on one block alone than I've ever seen here. The house across the street from me is vacant and for rent, as well as one of them next door to me also, as well as several on this block alone.

I looked up houses on this block and in this neighborhood (Spruell Ave., Coolidge, AZ) and many were built in 2005 and originally sold for $160,000. Now I've seen thes houses selling for $50,000.

I owned my own home in New York for more than 25 years (I paid off the mortage in about 12 years so I owned it free and clear). This is NOT my style of house. My style is a colonial, Dutch Colonial, Victorian, at least 2 stories, at least 100 years old. But this house is fine to rent. I would never buy a house like this tho.

I particularly like this house: http://www.trulia.com/property/3087040080-13-...

That is DEFINITELY my style. I considered buying it, but it's near the Canadian border, and the temperature there AVERAGES 40 DEGREES LESS than here. And after experienceing the beautiful weather here, I simply can't go back to the snow and cold of the northeast.

And particularly with the havoc caused in New England and New York by Hurricane Irene, and Superstorm Sandy. Are you aware that there are people IN MANHATTAN STILL TODAY WITHOUT POWER DUE TO SUPERSTORM SANDY ?! What a disgrace !

My mother had to evacuate New York because she lost ALL here utilities due to Superstorm Sandy. She flew to FLA and stayed with my sister awhile.

So far, i LOVE souhern Arizona, and I don't think I could leave for colder climes.(Unless of course I hit the Powerball tonite which is up to A QUARTER BILLION DOLLARS JACKPOT, in which case I could afford to be TOASTY WARM even if it was minus 200 degrees outside where i chose to live.)

Daily Horoscope for May 19

Gemini

You long to be surrounded by familiar faces and places today, so you'll really feel out of your depth if you're somewhere strange even if you'd usually revel in such a situation. Your idea of heaven right now is to be with family or dear friends, or with one special person, so you can relax and not have to worry about putting on a good show or being entertaining company.
