People are so dumb. Do they really believe that there are no adverse effects or repercussions from smoking this crap? I guess this is just another example of the government having to step in and stop people from making horribly bad decisions. You wonder why we keep getting closer to a "nanny state?' This is why. If people weren't so incredibly stupid, this wouldn't be necessary.

Why would you hold any manufacturer or store accountable for their customers actions it clearly states that it is not for human consumption and every time I have been there the sales clerk made it clear to me that it was not for people to smoke what kind of a country do we live in where we harass tax paying businesses so local police forces can make money I thought that was the kind of behavior that the mafia engaged in this is America and you dont take people's property for carting llegal items or are we becoming a facist state ? People need to stand up for their rights instead of sitting by while someone else's are Boeing violated next time it could be YOU!!!'

Were you the guy hanging around the store while it was being inventoried by federal agents and the news was reporting? LOL. If that was you hanging around saying you had to get in and get a t shirt REALLY bad, you were tweaking pretty bad.

Seriously, these guys were warned and everyone knows who and why they were selling it. Don't be a drug dealer, don't be a drug user, and you won't get your business shut down and get yourself arrested.

It's people like you that are leading this country into a nanny state. You seem to be incapable of making good decisions for yourself, so to protect you and those around you, the government has to make those decisions for you.

I don't know about you but I don't want nor need a nanny ! This isn't about public safety it's about revenue . If a business owner consults an attourney before they carry certain products in thier store and are told that they are in compliance then they should be able to trust that . Home depot sells paint but you don't see them getting raided for selling it because people are huffing it. How were they warned ? When what they were carrying didn't carry the banned chemicals or an analogue . And No I don't smoke that or any kind of drug FYI . I think that if the FDA was concerned about the safety then they would stop putting flouride in our water which has proven to be toxic to us . I guess as long as you can afford to influence the people making the rules by paying them off it's okay to poison your citizens by claiming its good for them look it up so I am a little scepticle of their reports and isn't it coincidently that the poison control center was short on funding and was possible going to not have funding this year as of march I'm sure that all of these so called llegal seizures have insured they will get their funding so can you really trust their reports ? I would like to see some independent research on the matter but unlike most people who just take their word for it I know better than to rely on the opinons and accusations made by ANY one who stands to gain financially from the outcome I have a better suggestion lets make it so all proceeds of theses kind of raids and seizures go to the citizens of that community rather than the local law enforcement that conducts these raids I'm sure we will see a decline in the amount of theses type cases and hopefully with all the corruption that goes along with it like the coercion of witnesses fabrication of evidence and worst of a the flagrant disrespect of OUR CONSTITUTION . What you and the rest of the sheeple don't get is that when one persons rights and freedoms are compromised than all americans suffer . If law enforcement was upstanding then they wouldn't be trying o arrest people for recording the encounters they have with them using a law that was meant to protect us from illegal wiretapping look it up ! So basically it's your word against theirs and you aren't even allowed to take video to have the evidence neccessary to prove that they are lying . And just so you know these incense products are still bieng sold at other stores in the area and you don't see their assets bieng taken but I'm sure they already made donations to the RIGHT people..... And probably werent owned by a minority. I happen to know both these men personally and they are good people who have worked hard their whole lives not some drug dealers as you and others are making them out to be . They have been wrongly targeted and public ally embarrassed by the whole situation and that is why I know they would never sell this product to anyone that they thought were using for any purpose other than intended in other words never to anyone they believed could or would smoke it as that is not why the sold it and made it clear to all their customers through labeling that it was not meant to be ingested or smoked by humans in any way

The sad thing is there are good police officers out here who want to uphold the oath they gave to protect the constitution and the American people but can't because they are afraid to lose their job and what shame that these good members of law enforcement are forced to keep their mouths shut when watching their fellow officers beat up and threaten witnesses to get false statements in order to obtain search warrants because it would help bring revenue in for their department and provide job security for their fellow officers and their department . We are living in a time where even good people can't do their jobs for fear of being let go and their supperiors are supposed to be leading them by good example but only show them that what they dreamed about when they decided to get into the field of law enforcent which was helping people and enforcing the law really is a police force that makes up laws as the see fit and are beholdent to the political agenda of elected officials with an agenda that is not neccessary that of the people for the people and by the people GOD BLESS AMERICA and those who are true patriots of of nation founded by the idea that all men are free and endowed by certain rights and due process under the law

I think if they want to smoke herbs sprayed with FWH-0018 or any other form of synthetic THC & snort bath salts then let them. If someone is that stupid they won't be a productive part of society & most likely they are a drain on the welfare system as well. Hopefully since they can't get that fix anymore they all try bleach injections or butt chugging drain opener instead. It's not the fault of the business that sells the products it's the dumb ass that decides to misuse them. Government has it's nose in enough shit & I for one am sick of all these laws used to control us like sheep, we are no longer a free country.

You know it would be different if the police were out collecting and processing evidence at crime scenes where there were burglaries and robberies, and assaults and such, but they aren't. There never was a burglary that got this kind of effort, and that's what is kinda bullsht about it.
