The free and decent segment of the human race should flood the world with cartoons, video clips, satire and all manner of protest making sport of this ridiculous "prophet". Make it so common that the world becomes desensitized to muslim outrage. It is incumbent upon the muslims to adapt to the modern world....not for us to curtail our freedoms to suit them.

But don't we interfere in their politics all the time?

Even now, the US and UK have already begun to recognise the rebels in Syria as the defacto Govt. We're not respecting Syria's sovereign rights in doing so. We did the same in Libya, in Iran back in the 70s, in Iraq, in Afghanistan.

And even though Israel has violated many human rights conventions during its 60 year illegal occupation of Palestinian land. We in the West support them.

Its a case of, whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

So publications like this one poking fun at the Islamic faith is just another reason for Muslims to believe the west is out to destroy Islam.

If that is the game plan then people should just be honest and say so, without hiding behind words like freedom, liberty and human rights.

Really? Explain Beslan. Muslims have made slaughtering innocent women and children the most salient feature of their diabolical ideology. Say....you aren't Paki by any chance.....are you?

Perhaps by flooding the world with such material, Muslims will finally begin to understand they do not have the right to bully the world into silence on matters about their religion.

They will learn no matter their threats, murders and violence we will not be intimidated into suppressing our rights.

They will learn that even though their own superstitious beliefs are not being interfered with, they have no right to demand that we follow their rules.

Despite their terrorist threats and acts, we will carry on.

Please don't use the word Paki, its offensive in the UK. And no I'm not Pakistani or Muslim. I'm a Buddhist and have been since birth.

OK, so Muslims have their own views on Women which I disagree with. But christians have views on homosexuals that I disagree with.

If a handful of right wing american politicians believe homosexuality is a sin and block laws to allow them to marry, would you accept Islamic interference in how you treat homosexuals. No you wouldn't.

i don't like extremist Islam, but i understand its a handful of nutjobs that claim to speak for all Muslims. If Muslims didn't feel under threat from Western antagonism, these religious nutjobs wouldn't get the kind of support they do.

Beslan was a political situation and nothing to do with religion. In had everything to do with the fallout of the Chechen war.

But the reality is that they don't want to change America.

They just don't want the West interfering in Middle Eastern affairs.

Islam is a faith system, but so is the concept of democracy and communism. Its an institutional structure that people believe in.

We in the West believe in democracy, but that doesn't mean we have to force it on other nations who have their own political structures that have been in place for millenia.

At what point in history have you ever heard a Muslim leader say that America must become muslim.

I've never heard it.

But ever since i can remember, I've always seen America demand that communist states and theocratic / constitutional monarchies be abandoned in favour of democracy.

Isn't that just as bad as pushing your religion on someone?

Beslan had everything to do with religion. Slaughtering innocent people is standard fare for those amoral savages. Why are you babbling about Christians and homosexuals? What does any of that have to do with the matter at hand? Anyhow, sorry about using the term "Paki". It is not considered offensive here in America. From now on, I will call them "wogs".

Oh how very clever! WOGS stands for 'workers of the government' and refers to indentured labourers taken around the world by colonial powers.

Anyway, slaughtering innocent people is standard fare for all military powers, not just Muslims.

The british did it in South Africa, Australia, India. The Americans did it in Veitnam, Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq.

To this day, the Americans still use unmanned drones that kill civillians in contravention of Human Rights laws.

I don't agree with extremist Islam. But I just wish Americans would take the time to understand that they are not innocent. They have done horrendous things in the name of imperialism.

It was only i the 60s that Black got some semblance of equality. But even now a large cross section of Americans aren't happy with a black president.

And by your reasoning. That freakshow that shot up all those kids in Sandy Hook must make all Americans amoral savages. Don't make me laugh!!!!!

You could not be more wrong. Yes, Muslims have been lobbying to make international laws against American's Constitutional Rights to Freedom of Expression. The Muslims Lobby groups who live in the US have been working overtime through our court system to undermine our Constitution.

Really, you'd have to be living under a rock not to know this.

lol - I don't live under a rock.

US news isn't televised here unless there's an election or a massacre.

I'm kind of glad about that as Brits would be shocked by the antics of the tea-party, the birthers, the pro gun lobby and the mexican standoffs between congress and white house.

i learn much of my US news from topix
