40% of U.S. population has been tested for HIV

Just over 40% of the adult U.S. population has been screened at least once for HIV, but a quarter of a million people are infected and don't know it, government researchers said Thursday.

The goal of the increased testing is to identify infections at an earlier stage so people can begin receiving anti-AIDS drugs while the treatment can do more good. Late diagnosis increases the likelihood that the infection will proceed to more serious illness.

Is this really the goal or is it something else? When someone gets tested, the medicla facility is required by law to inform the government of the patients HIV status. Now with the madatory federal law of the radio frequency radio chips embedded in our drivers licenses and passports (and eventually in every individual on the earht) with every detail including health status, it makes me wonder if the government will eventually use this informatioin AGAINST the person who is HIV. I saw a documentary where this can and will be used in some fashion AGAINST the person. It is scary what will can be done with people's private information and how it can be used against them. Get tested but do so privately. But I am sure the government will make testing madatory for everyone soon anyway - but for what purpse?

Nuclear Radiation Sickness and Poisoning in Black America:
Soledad, I am a former Radiation Monitor Worker who served in the United States Submarine Force. The problem affecting African-Americans in this country medically would be the battle of radiation sickness and poisoning. Radiation sickness is the the unforeseen demon killing African-Americans by the millions disguised as HIV-AIDS. As more Radio and Television stations are placed in the intercities, the electro-magnetic energy is elevated causing cellular molecular disturbances in our kids and adults. This is also a problem with all of our adults in the United States of America, as well, Soledad. The radiation problem is more apparent against the traditional disadvantage people of this country. However, because of our generation to generation cyclement of poverty, African-Americans do not have the economic power or education will to deter radiation sickness\poisoning. Otherwise, the adults of the African-American can compete with our Caucasian comtempories. Soledad, I am encouraged about the future of Africans of American descent (origin), because minorities such as African-Americans can prosper in the Global Economy with the adult populous of the British, French, Japanese and nations of Africa. If we acknowledge this problem through our science and medical communities, we the United States of America have the answer to lead the world into the next millennium. Soledad, remember the medical problems that Doctors are up against is simply related to radiation sickness/poisoning. However, a national radiation monitoring program must be instituted to track our HIV-AIDS exposure to alpha, beta, x-rays and ultra-violet energy. Ms. Obrien, my people are going to work and school after battling Mike Tyson (Radiation) through their day. Yet, they are competing with Caucasian and other minorities on-par, if, this demon is removed from their daily endeavors. What if the United States of America made a concerted effort in monitoring radiation relating to HIV-AID?
Soledad, please help me start a national program to monitor radiation (Dosimeter/TLD’s) for our disadvantage children and families, as well for disadvantage adults in America. Moreover, Education should be a Constitutional Right as our nation competes in the Global Economy.
