This is only the begining of the cost of the Big Brown Hole in downtown allentown? A windfall for a few is at the cost of many Hail Hail to the king LMFAO daily as I pass the mud hole.

Services should be cut to the brown hole, how nuch would that save the state and allentown? Cut all the kings jesters at oppointments with no names.

I agree cut services. I have a neighbor that keeps telling me to put my daughter on state health care. I have blue cross I said. Her mentality makes me sick. Well if you put her on state health care you wouldn't have co payments and deductibles. That's a huge problem. Make them have co payments and deductibles as well. The working people do so should they. New cars. New cell phones. Fresh manicures and 5 kids. State pays for everything and they collect child support while their baby daddy lives under the same roof. The state systems need to be revisited and reviewed. What is even worse is the mental health. That's where the funding is needed. Drug tests would be a great start. At the person Applying for the benifits is a great start. But also random testing is needed.
